Our design service is simple and stress-free. We provide you with professional, stunning 3D visuals that bring your vision to life. Once your design is complete, the rest is in your hands - you have the freedom to purchase what you need, and execute the project at your own pace and on your own terms. We give you all the tools and guidance to bring your space to life, without the pressure or extra costs.


Have you ever worried about committing to a design idea and wish you could see how it would turn out before you start? Virtual design offers this convenience and flexibility - providing you with realistic renderings, we help bring your vision to life and aid you in making those important decisions before any physical renovations even begin.


Yes, our virtual design service is fully online, with a professional designer available at your fingertips. You can collaborate with us through email, phone, or video calls. Despite being entirely remote, we maintain a personal, clear and timely communication to ensure your design vision comes to life. We’ll send your final project via email, making it easy for you to view on your laptop, tablet or phone.


Yes! Your initial consultation with us is completely free and non-committal. We’re here to provide information and guidance to help you make an informed decision, with no pressure. This call gives us the chance to understand your vision, discuss your goals, and answer any questions you may have. Afterwards, you can decide whether you'd like to move forward with our services, which will include a more in-depth design consultation.


Our design packages vary in price depending on the scope and complexity of your project. We offer 3 different packages 'Refresh, Redesign and Reimagine' to help you decide your needs, but even these can be tailored to suit you and your budget - simply drop us an email and request to find out more.


Before we begin the design consultation we will need the below information from you:

  • Room dimensions and photos: Photographs of your room and a floor-plan will help us understand the space and layout. The floor-plan can be a rough sketch (measurements do not have to be perfect), but the more accurate the plan the better your finished result will be. If your space is yet to be built, just the floor-plan is all we will need.
  • Any existing furniture / art: If you'd like to incorporate existing pieces, we’ll need information on them (dimensions, photos, etc)
  • Your design preferences: Any inspirations, colour preferences and style ideas you have. Perhaps you have a Pinterest board brimming with ideas, or maybe you have no idea where to begin - either is fine!
  • Your budget: Understanding the budget you have for your space helps us recommend the best furniture, finishes and solutions within your price range.


The timeline for your design project depends on the scope and complexity of your needs. Typically, a room design can take 2-4 weeks from start to finish. This includes the design consultation, concept development, and delivery of your final designs. For larger projects or more complex designs, the process may take longer. We will provide you with a clear timeline at the start of the project, so you will know exactly what to expect.


Yes! Our packages all include revisions to your design until it feels just right. Once you receive your moodboards you can provide initial feedback, and we’ll make necessary adjustments based on your input before we move to the 3D design phase. You will also have the option to make amends on the final design. We want you to be 100% happy with the result, so we ensure there’s room for revisions as needed.


Absolutely! We’re here for you even after the design is complete and we really love to see both your progress and finished rooms. Within our plans we offer post-design support to help with any questions, purchasing decisions, or minor adjustments. We want to ensure your space looks and feels exactly as you imagined.


Our service is fully online, which means we don't offer installation for your project. We do provide you with everything you need in your design package to help you feel confident as you move forward with your renovation, whether you’re tackling it on your own or working with a contractor. Do not worry – if you have any questions along the way, we’re always here to help! Our door is always open.
